Please read these terms and conditions before placing your orders. We advise that you print a copy of these terms and conditions along with your orders for future reference. ITMS withholds the rights to change these Terms & Conditions of Sale without prior notice. ITMS Drop Shipping only deals with current customers that have a Vip Chat subscription. Any accounts opened for dealing items will be cancelled immediately. When registering for a customer account, please provide all required information within the registration form. Your account will not be approved unless all information is filled in and a Vip Chat subscription is up to date. ITMS Drop Shipping reserves the right to cancel any accounts that were approved in error. In this document, customers refer to customers who have registered and approved with ITMS. When adding a new customer account to your platform, by default, the first-time buyer of each platform newly registered to the customer account will be automatically redirected to the First-Time Buyer notification page. Please read that page carefully. When adding a new chat user account to your chat site, by default, the first user of each chat newly registered to the chat group will have the member privileges of the main room. Once your registration has been lodged, provided relevant information provided, we will decide whether or not to approve your account within 24 hours.
Terms of Deal
The Terms and Conditions of Sale above apply to all goods dealt by ITMS Web Portal. All orders placed on ITMS Platforms items advertised on our platforms are considered an offer for you to deal and purchase the items selected in your order. No deal exists between us and you, and between us and the seller of the item on behalf of you until we have received and accepted your order. When orders are placed you will receive an email confirming this. This notification is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted by ITMS Drop Shipping. ITMS Drop Shipping reserves the right to cancel the contract of deal if your Vip Chat subscription is not up to date and the payment for orders is not received in full.
Description and Price of Goods
ITMS Drop Shipping has taken care to describe and take images as accurately as possible in accordance to the manufacturer’s specification. Despite this, variations amongst items may occur. If there is anything you don’t understand about the information provided on the website please click on the link “Buy One! Contact The Dealer”, and be advised that you need a Vip Chat subscription to contact the dealer who stays in Vip room only, then chat with the dealer or leave a private message. All prices shown on the platforms are in US dollar, excluding additional fees. The additional fee amount is charged upon checkout at the applicable rate. Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on the platforms are accurate at the time of placing an order. If an item has been under priced in error, or if we have not been able to conclude a deal at your price, we will contact you and offer the following three options: 1. Placement of a new order at the correct price of the goods; 2. Cancellation of the whole order; 3. Cancellation of your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirmation of your order for the correctly priced goods. If you do not respond within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Order & Payment
Payments for your orders can be made via one of payment methods available on the platforms. ITMS will never complete your transaction until we found a deal. Any payment on any platforms is made as a reservation. Any payment method received from you will not be debited, and your order will be in “Processing” status. If, within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of accepting your order, we discover that some of the items are unavailable, we will email you to request if you would like an alternative item or cancellation, if a cancellation is chosen it will be processed immediately. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours the order will be cancelled in full and your payment information will be deleted from our system. Under no circumstances can payments for Chat subscriptions be refunded. Due to the large scale of operations involved in the continuity of stock supply, we cannot guarantee all items will be available to order and deliver constantly. It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor our Website and Chat groups and update their deals accordingly through the medium in which the dealer deals. If we don't have items, we will try to take care of things some other way. Generally, you won’t deal directly with the seller/supplier involved in the item. You’ll handle matters with your Itms dealer company when dealing an item and going through the payment, support and reimbursement process. In fact, the only time you should have to interact with the seller/supplier is when you’re gathering important information at the item post sale.
Breach of Promise
Breach of Promise refers to the failure of an ITMS dealer to fulfill the terms of a deal, claim, or representation on behalf of a buyer made concerning the expertise, negotiation, SLA, quality or type of the product. ITMS Drop Shipping assumes that a dealer gives certain warranties concerning goods that are sold and that he or she must stand behind these assertions. ITMS Drop Shipping cannot be held accountable for any potential loss of earnings through customers continuing to deal out of stock, discontinued products, unresponsive sellers, vendors, suppliers and providers.
Shipping & Delivery
The price of an item does not include shipping charges. There is no minimum order requirement for individual drop-shipped order. When you place an order with ITMS you are confirming you have read and agreed to the terms, conditions and delivery times laid out in writing in this document. In the event of goods shipped to an address other than yourself (the customer) we have no contract between the receiver of these goods (your customer) and ourselves. In this case we cannot mediate any aspect of the sale between yourself and the end receiver of the goods shipped. It is expected that your orders are paid in full before we dispatch them. If payment for your order fails, your order will be cancelled within 3 working days unless you contact us to specify otherwise. Users that have established a strong relationship with us and place consistent orders may apply for account credit / extended payment terms. Drop ship orders for account customers will be despatch as soon as we can. Payment will be required on due date.
Changes can be made on the same day before 12 noon by opening ticket request via the chat medium in wich the dealer deals, or via Deals Manager at https://itms.directory/community/login. However, if an order has been paid or dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
Drop Shipping Fee and Discount
For all drop shipping orders, there will be no additional fees involved. All the handling costs are built into the Vip Chat subscription that you will see when logged into your Chat medium account in which your dealer deals. The only costs you pay are the item price as listed and the freight cost plus applicable fees such as taxes and shipping costs. Shipping Items will be shipped within a specific agreement that has been set up by the shipper. Shipping methods offered for drop shipping will be offered upon checkout and shipment tracking number and notification will be sent to you once items are dispatched. ITMS cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by freight companies. You are responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. The shipper must then be notified by us within 72 hours after the expected delivery time. If any goods are received faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them. Returns procedure depends on the shipper. Please see returns procedure in your package for more details. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive to the customer due to errors made by the customer or by the drop shipper when entering the address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left that someone is there to receive the package. If packages are sent back to the shipper and upon confirmation of the shipper, we will refund you the item cost excluding the shipping charges incurred. Please also note that deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely received. Returns Procedure In the event of any items received being damaged or incorrect items received. Please contact us via Service Desk at https://itms.directory/sites/contact/ , add a request (no charge applied to you), in your request together with photographic evidence. Upon our inspection, we will decide upon one of three options: • The damage warrants a discount • The damage warrants a refund • A new item to be sent out. Please note that we mainly deal in wooden toys that are handmade. It is in their nature to have minor surface imperfections in the grain of the wood or tiny knots along the surface. This is part of their uniqueness. Refunds are applicable for the items only and do not include the price paid for shipping.
Limitation of Liability
ITMS will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where: 1. There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by ITMS or by its dealers; 2. Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; 3. Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any item of this contract.
ITMS will take all reasonable precautions ensuring that the details of your order and payments are kept secure. Unless ITMS is negligent we will not be liable for unauthorised access to the information supplied by you. ITMS will not supply your information to any third party.
All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. If you can’t find a particular item on our website, it has gone out of stock or the product has been discontinued, or is not yet listed on our website. If you have further queries on the stock availability, feel free to chat with us. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability or successful deal and will give our best to restock the items, or win the deal.
Reimbursement for Membership and Special Handling Costs
Under no circumstances can payments for Chat subscriptions, listing subscriptions and special handling be refunded.
If we don't receive payment for an item you've dealt, we haven't received payment after 4 days, here's what we do: We can talk with the buyer. If we can't work things out directly with the buyer, we can open an in stock item on the Pre-Order platform.
